Mr. Carter is a 2007 graduate of the University of Kentucky. He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the College of Business and Economics. In 2002 he worked under Mr. Robert Thompson of the Jessamine County PVA office. He is a licensed Associate Appraiser for Atlantic Appraisal Company working with the entire staff of Atlantic Appraisal. |
