He specializes in commercial and industrial appraising and consulting, with special emphasis on income producing and special purpose property.
Mr. Wheeler's background includes real estate brokerage as well as management of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Mr. Wheeler has been a salesman-leasing agent with the McGoodwin Companies Real Estate Firm in Lexington, Kentucky, from 1988 to present. Prior to his involvement in reApril 9, 2008usiness.
